Managing ArthritisArthritis needs to firstly be managed with lifestyle changes: •   loosing weight if necessary •   eating a healthy balanced •   getting adequate rest •   exercising to maintain strength and stability and maintain a healthy weight and keep pressure off the joints •   drink plenty of water •   minimise salt, caffeine and alcohol intake •   increase your essential oil intake, such as; salmon, tuna, flaxseed oil, avocados, almonds.
