Breast Cancer Prevention

For many women, breast cancer is a very dreadful disease. This is because it can relate to loss of body image and sexuality, surgery, and death. Similar to many other cancers, the exact cause of breast cancer is unknown. In addition, there is currently no definitive treatment for advanced breast cancer, and there is no specific way of preventing it.

Many researchers suggest that maintaining a low-fat diet can lower or protect people from breast cancer risk.  However, the best recommendation for breast cancer prevention is to follow the advisable early detection strategies. Also, before you start taking any hormone containing medications, you should always consult your doctor, as some of these medications have been associated with breast cancer.
