Women & Exercise

You may have questions regarding what forms of exercise you can do anywhere, anytime, and costs less than a hundred dollars a year? Running is popular among women who want to get fitter, de-stress, and lose weight at little cost. Running helps you stay fit and maintains your general health. It is also safe and active. However, there are things to consider for female runners:

1.    Trainers

If you want to avoid injury, a good quality, well-fitted pair of running shoes, are necessary. Running shoes should be fit nicely and be supportive. However, to meet individual needs, it is good to visit a specialist at the sport shop for proper fitting (SEE REBEL SPORT website).

2.    Sports Bras

Researches show that over 50% of women have breast pain while running. Therefore, it is important for you to get well-fitted sports bra. This will help you avoid discomfort and possible permanent damage to your breasts. Good sports bras should help to reduce the amount of movement of the breasts.

3.    Safety concerns

For your safety, you should not go running alone when it is dark. When you go out running you should let somebody know where you are.

4.    Nutrition

It is important to remember that if you are exercising intensively, you need to be able to meet your body’s needs. It is essential to add carbohydrate, calcium and iron intake when you exercise regularly and intensively. In addition, it also necessary to keep yourself hydrated. Drinking water at least two litres per day, plus up to add extra a litre of water for each hour of training.

5.    Sport Injuries
